Youth Club Updates!

Saturday 11th April – Ilfracombe Youth Day @ The Landmark Theatre – 11am-9pm.

A day full of free activities for young people from Yr6 upwards. Activities include a range of workshops including graffiti, DJing, yoga, anime/manga, street dance, hairdressing finishing with a silent disco in the evening and a screening of the manga film “Your Name”. Space Youth Services will be on the green all day with zorbs, sumo suits and games and there will be free refreshments available sponsored by Savona Foodservice.

Thank you to Cllr Sara Wilson for allocating some of her Locality Fund to pay for this, supported by Landmark Theatres and their staff.

Wednesday 22nd April – Youth Club Open Evening – The Vision Centre 6-9pm

Come along to The Vision Centre and have a look around the youth club space and meet the youth leaders and volunteers who are going to be supporting your youth club when we start in May. We’ll have some activities and refreshments available so pop up and see what things will look like and give your feedback on what you would like to see.

Wednesday 6th May – Youth Club Starts! 11 – 14yr olds (Yrs 7/8/9) 6-7.15pm – 14+ 7.30-9pm @ The Vision Centre.

Led by local youth workers and volunteers, this will be a weekly group for you! Games, activities and safe, warm space to hang out with your friends. We will also be bringing in local artists, musicians, DJs etc. for workshops so you can have a go at something new if you fancy it!

Subs will be £1 a week but don’t worry if you come from a low income family as we can help with that.

Thank you to the National Lottery Community Fund for supporting this!
