A brighter future for the next generation.

At Harvest Green Developments, we were deeply moved to learn that up to 30% of children in Ilfracombe are living in poverty. This stark statistic compelled us to act to support our local community and help create lasting change for those who need it most. This is where Harvest Green Futures began.
Founded on the belief that every child deserves access to opportunity, education, and support -regardless of their background - Harvest Green Futures is a grant-based charity dedicated to improving the lives of young people in our hometown.
We will provide funding to local schools, community groups, and charities, supporting a wide range of projects that empower children and young people. Whether it’s through education, creativity, wellbeing, or life skills, our mission is to increase access to opportunities where funding has traditionally been limited.
Launching July 2025
We’re proud to be launching Harvest Green Futures with a weekend of community celebrations from 25th–27th July 2025, designed to raise funds and awareness for the charity:
Charity Golf Day – Friday 25th July
Summer Fete at Larkstone Bar & Café – Saturday 27th July
The Summer Fete is a free, family-friendly event with food, drinks, activities, and entertainment for all ages - a chance to bring the community together and celebrate the launch of a cause that matters to us all: supporting the children of Ilfracombe.
A Long-Term Commitment to Local Impact
Harvest Green Futures is here to complement and strengthen the fantastic work already happening across our community. By offering accessible grant funding, we aim to support initiatives that help children thrive from educational programmes and youth-led projects to inclusive events and mental health support.
Our goals are to:
Partner with schools, youth groups, and local organisations to enhance and expand their work
Provide funding for both new and ongoing projects that support disadvantaged children
Create a trusted route for local giving and corporate sponsorship
Build a sustainable foundation of long-term support for young people in our area
This is not a short-term initiative. It’s a commitment from Harvest Green Developments to reinvest our success into meaningful, community-driven change - starting with the next generation.
